A little something lovely is on its way. Here’s how to follow your Petit Abode order from our door to yours.

Find your tracking link

Once your order has shipped, check your shipping confirmation email for your carrier tracking link. You can also use the order-status link in your order confirmation or shipping emails to view the latest details available for your order.

Can’t find your email? Check your spam, junk or promotions folder, and search your inbox for Petit Abode.

Waiting for a tracking update?

Your tracking link may appear before the carrier has scanned your parcel. Check the carrier’s tracking page for the latest scans and delivery estimate.

If your parcel appears delayed, the estimated delivery date has passed, or tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please email hello@petitabode.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll help you look into it.
