We understand things aren't always perfect and despite our best efforts, things can happen that make an exchange or return necessary! If this is the case, please read the below and we will do all that we can to help.


The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases from

Amendments or Cancellations

If you have changed your mind or ordered an incorrect item and would like to amend an order, please contact as soon as possible. Please note: we are unable to amend orders that have already been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse amendments.

Full Price Items

Full priced items purchased online are eligible for an exchange. Refunds are only available if the item is deemed faulty.

Sale Items

The purchase of sale items is final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any sale items purchased unless deemed faulty. 

Conditions of Return

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

〰️ The goods are returned to, and received by, our team within 7 days of receiving order. 
〰️ Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been played with, altered, damaged or washed.  
〰️ Item(s) must be in original packaging with any/all tags attached, including dust bags. 
〰️ Gift cards cannot be returned

Petit Abode reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.

Returns & Exchanges Process

1. Submit your Return
Please email within 3 days of receiving your order and include the following: 

〰️ Original order number 

〰️ Reason for the return or exchange 

〰️ Photo/s of the faulty item or item you are wishing to exchange 

2. Wait for your Response Email 
We will respond via email within 2 business days with a returns number and further instructions on how to complete your return. 

3. Pack Your Return
Place the item(s) in the original shipping packaging, together with your returns number and return to us via post within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Refunds of Faulty Items 

We are extremely sorry that you have received a faulty item!

Once your return is received by us, the item(s) will be assessed to ensure it complies with our policy and a return outcome will be determined within 5 business days. Your refund will be reversed to your original payment method. Successful returns can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing between payment providers. In the event of an unsuccessful return outcome, a member of our team will contact you. 

〰️ Please note: Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you have any questions regarding whether or not your item is faulty please contact and we will help 〰️


We can offer an exchange if you want to swap your item for a different piece of equal value to your original purchase. Exchanges are subject to  availability once your return is received by our team. If we are unable to fulfil your request, we will be touch via  email or phone.

Returns Lost in Transit

Petit Abode is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend sending the item via a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.
